The ground level of the building features townhouse style units with individual front door entries from the sidewalk, contributing to the streetscape character and walkability of the West Bay neighbourhood. Our landscape team has designed an extensive landscaping plan that includes a storm water management, unexcavated space on the south side of the building to allow for large tree growth, a courtyard on the corner of West Bay Terrace and Dunsmuir Rd, and thoughtful landscaping along Dunsmuir Rd which will add to the public realm.
The project features a large ground level bicycle parking amenity that includes infrastructure for eBikes, cargo bikes, a bike wash, and bike repair station
The building will feature a sixth level amenity deck highlighting ocean views. Additionally, the fifth and sixth storeys will be set back from the fourth storey allowing the upper floors to be less noticeable from street view.
